SALVUS ltd. is company established 1997. in Rijeka, Croatia and it continues the tradition of the RITENDA company (established in 1988.). Company produces machines for sewing and handling the canvas.

First half-automatic machine for sewing and hemming of the canvas - model PA 1998 – was developed in 1997. This model was improved and a second model PA 1999 was developed. This model was presented at the "R+T 2000" fair in Stuttgart and in the "TENDA INTERNATIONAL" 2/2000 magazine.

Model 1999 was great success and is used around the world.
For the next fait "R+T 2003" we are developing new, modified model PA 2002.
All our machines are characterised through simple solutions and great work reliability. We offer also other machines for final canvas preparations:

  • Model G1 - machine for sewing in the rubber band
  • Model V1 - machine for sewing the ornament ribbon
  • Model RS1 - working bench for cutting and storing of the canvas

All machines are used in our production for sewing tend-canvas and during the years they showed high work reliability.
